Furthermore, I am interested in C plus plus programming language and have written some application programs. In July in the last year,I finished my graduate project with flying colors,which was a software application about Image Process . In addition, I have also finished some projects about embedded system by using MCU when I was a junior.
4.为什么想读研究生,未来想要所从事方位,读研究生时的想法?
Although I have broad interests in many aspects and grasp the essential knowledge of the major, but I think at present, I can do many things in a superficial level, but not be competent to do things professionally owing to lack of ample knowledge and ability. So I think further study is still urgent for me to realize self-value.
The major that I hope pursue for my further education is IC design. Because I find integrated circuits are playing a more and more important role in our modern society. And nowadays in China, with the recognition by the government, our domestic integrated circuits industry is growing rapidly and that may provide a lot of chances to us.
I plan to concentrate on study and research in this field in my graduate time. And I hope I can form a systematic view of micro electronics and IC design technology and make a solid foundation for future profession after three years study here.

考研复试里的口语规定
有以下三个方面作出评价:
1、语言表达精确性(语法和措辞的精确性、句法结构的多元性、单词的丰富多彩水平、音标发音的精确性)
2、语句长短和衔接性(的内容衔接性、找寻适合词句而导致的间断工作频率及长度、抒发感情的言语长度等)
3、语言的表达协调能力和适合性(语言表达能力是不是灵便、当然,话是不是得当,语种能不能与情境、机械能和意义相一致)
点评考试成绩为:a出色–可用英语就指定问题开展口头交流,几乎没有艰难
b优良–可用英语就指定主题开展口头交流,虽有一些艰难,并不影响沟通交流
c合格–可用英语就指定话题讨论进行相应的口头交流
d不过关–不具备语言表达能力
口语内容和构造
分成两大类,有两位老师参与口语工作中,一名教师组织口语,随时随地与学生沟通交流并得分;另一名老师专人得分,不参加沟通交流。两位口语老师所读分数各为口语分数的50%。
第一部分:考察学生们理解和回应相关日常日常生活、家中、工作中、学习培训等解决问题的能力(3分)。
第二部分:考察学生们持续表达出来的水平。学生从所给你问题中挑选一个话题,从此话题讨论表述自己的见解(3min)。口使用原材料(一部分,仅作参考)

考研复试面试方法
1.应聘者的仪表盘风范
仪表盘风范就是指应聘者的身材相貌、衣着举动及其精神面貌等。其实际基本要求:
1.衣着齐整、得当、没有明显出错;
2.沉着、沉稳、大气;
3.行走、叩门、座椅合乎礼数;
4.精力旺盛;
5.英语口语温文尔雅、文明礼貌。
对举止风范的测量并没有专业的题,而是通过面试官在所有面试中根据给应聘者一个鉴定,所以才规定应聘者在所有面试中保证始终如一的举止风范。因为在应聘者进考场后,面试官最先看到的都是举止风范,这便使面试官在求职正式启动前便对应聘者有了个最初的印象,而且这个最初的印象将会对面试官留有比较深的印像,并从而影响乃至掌握着在开始面试时面试官对应聘者的描述。如同一位经验丰富的监考官常说,一个人是否被录取往往会在他进入考试场的那一瞬间决定了,虽说这话有一些浮夸举止风范对现场面试危害,但是其关键从而也可见一斑。
2.应聘者的智商构造
所说智商,就是指对客观现实的认知和逻辑思维能力,人的智力要素包含观察力、记忆力、逻辑思维能力与想像力。智力是人各种各样的能力基本。
(1) 观察力
观查是一种有计划的、有目的、有目的、有选择地认知客观现实的一个过程,是许多人很多累积原材料、提升感认识积极方式。观察力评分关键点是观察到的深度广度,精准度与整体怎样。
(2) 记忆力

面试试题的提问法1.封闭性提出问题 封闭性难题规定应聘者工作人员作出简易回答的问题。这是一种要求的是应聘者做“是”、“否”一个词或一个简单句的答案。
比如:你是什么时候参加工作的?你一直在高校学的是管理类专业吗? 2.开放式难题 开放式问题的时候提的问题规定应聘者不能只是简单用一词或一句话来回答,而务必多加表述、阐述,才可以完满解答问题。面试时提出的问题一般都应当用于放试难题,以启迪应聘者思路,激起其沉寂的潜力与素养,从很多导出信息内容内进行评测,真参观考察其素养水准。
比如:你一直在原单位工作,规定常常与什么单位的人相处?有一些什么体会?3.假定型难题 假定型关键是以虚拟式提出的问题掌握应聘者反应能力和沟通能力、解决问题能力和逻辑思维能力等。有时候为了能婉转地表述某类含意,还可用此提问法。
比如:假如我如今对你说由于某类原因,你可能会很难被录取,你怎样看待呢?4.一连串型难题 一连串型问题提问一般用于压力面试中,主要考查应聘者人员的反应力,思维的逻辑和逻辑性等,但也能用以调查应聘者的专注力、瞬间记忆能力、稳定情绪、剖析判断能力、综合性概括力等。
比如:我想问三个问题,第一,为什么你到我们单位来?第二,到我们单位后有什么准备?第三,你报导工作中几天之后,发觉具体情况和你原先想像不一致你怎么办?5.挤压型难题 这类提问法含有某类考验,其目的是为了造就场景工作压力,为此考察应试者的判断力与忍受。一般用于压力面试中。这类提出问题大多是“踏应试者的痛点”或从应试者的交谈中引出来难题。
比如:应试者表明如被录取愿服务项目一辈子,另一方面却知道工作五年已换了一个四个企业状况,这时可以向他提出问题:“听说你工作五年已换了一个四个企业,有什么能证实你会在我们单位服务项目一辈子呢?” 6.正确引导型难题 这种提出问题主要运用于征求应试者的某个意愿、要求或获得一些比较肯定地回应。如涉及到薪酬、褔利、工资待遇、工作计划等诸多问题,宜采用此类提问法。
比如:到单位2年之后才能定职,你觉得怎么样?7.反称型难题(曲折型难题) 当主试者察觉应试者不是很愿回应某一难题又很想有一定的了解时,可以采用调虎离山的思路。 8.环境型难题 环境型难题目地用以进一步了解应试者的理想、学习培训、工作中等基础环境,并为未来提出问题收集热点的问题分类。难题特征是让每一位应试者都是有话可讲,并且能充分发挥,使应试者轻轻松松、自然而然入面情景;并且也考察应试者如何在短短一会内尽可能多的表现自己的优点,又保证言简意赅,突出重点,能考察应试者的语言表达和思维的逻辑。 9.场景型难题(实例型难题) 场景型难题是由场景试题考察应试者的应变力能力、稳定情绪、方案、机构、融洽能力停个及能力的试题方式。:10.个人行为型难题 个人行为型关键是用以考察应试者个人行为方法和技巧能力的试题方式,如考察与人相处的价值与技巧,协调工作能力,与人相处能力,尤其是处理同级机构间分歧问题能力,及其主要考察其人际交往及其和同事拉近关系关联等情形方法和技巧能力。 11.全智能难题 全智能关键是根据对较为复杂社会热点话题讨论,考察应试者的分析能力,也在一定程度上考察应试者对社会关注水平。这类题一般还得应试者发布技术专业的立场,并不是对见解自身是否正确做点评,而主要还是看应试者能否言之成理。 12.意向型难题 意向型关键是考察应试者的求真动机与拟任岗位的配对、应试者的价值观念和生活观念。
如:你为何要离开原所在单位?又为何报名现今职位?此次报名假若没被录取,我们将有什么准备?(报名动机是否满足拟任岗位需要标准,应试者是不是既对报名的岗位有正确的认识和明显动机,又可正确看待挫败,怀有积极主动的人生态度。)
13.学习型组织难题
学习型组织难题是由应试者的答案,可了解产品知识层面,个趋向和思维模式等问题的难题。
